Building websites and portals for Ratio and Responsible Finance, initially covering the CEO's leave - full-time initially, then remained to do the full build.
Finding Finance - RF's platform for personal, business and social enterprise lending. Leading delivery of its introducer portal, built to a major banks requirements, reaching businesses across the UK.
Comuno - a portal where CDFIs manage their own lending products, with the referral infrastructure that passes a declined borrower to the next lender able to help. Led the team building API integrations from the introducer Choose Wisely as well as the one to Nest Egg and Credit Canary, the open banking connections carrying affordability data between institutions, and credit reference checks handling soft and hard search so borrowers don't accumulate footprints moving between lenders.
Across both: lead the teams, running Scrum and PRINCE2, owning stakeholder communications, and controlling the external provider and team budget, verifying billed supplier hours against delivered work.

Client work since has included sales process redesign for Intel, and a supplier system integration for Lipton with automated purchase order scraping and much more.
