I have worked in delivery for over a decade, and independently through my own company, Andia Capital, since Jul 2018. Most of that work has been remote, with travel to sites and client offices when a project needed it: delivery teams in Dublin, Australia, the US and across Europe, fabs in four countries, ERP rollouts in three.
The engagements below mostly ran alongside each other, which is how independent delivery work usually looks: in mid 2019 I was running six in parallel. The dates overlap on purpose.
I work remotely, and travel to client sites when it is useful.
Feb 2025 - May 2025, Project Manager (Contract) - Arwen, Remote
Owned the project lifecycle and the client relationships with Neo Financial and Lipton.
Built the core processes and SOPs that centralised operations, and left behind a delivery framework the team still runs on. Managed risk across teams and pushed process improvements that outlasted the contract.
Mar 2022 - Mar 2024, Senior Technical Project Manager (Contract) - Basesite, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland
Semiconductor facility programmes for Intel and Exyte, delivered across fabs in Ireland, Germany, Israel and the US.
Ran 7-8 concurrent projects worth $3M+, coordinating product owners, developers at junior through senior level, testers and a dedicated database team across four countries and their timezones.
Owned database architecture, structure and security alongside delivery.
Joined a company with no dedicated project managers and a loose Asana-based process. Built delivery from scratch - daily huddles, story workshops, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives - and trained the Intel and Exyte teams into it.
Stood up delivery PODs across multiple regions.
Led Azure and M365 infrastructure optimisation and migration.
Represented FabBuilder at SEMICON Munich to Samsung, TSMC and other industry leaders.
Productivity rose and deadlines were met consistently.
Jul 2021 - May 2022, Project/Account Manager - UNBXD, UK
As a dynamic team of young, dedicated creatives, we specialized in crafting innovative solutions for pioneering brands. Fuelled by a shared passion for brand elevation, we thrived on breathing life into each project we undertake.
In my role as a project manager, I was overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination among all stakeholders. Feb 2021 - Feb 2022, Head of Membership & Engagement - National Association of Link Workers, UK
During my tenure as a Project Manager/Head of Membership & Engagement with the National Association of Link Workers, I played a pivotal role in advancing its mission as the largest UK professional membership network for Social Prescribing Link Workers. By spearheading strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration, I contributed significantly to enhancing resilience, professionalism, and connectivity among Social Prescribing Link Workers and managers.

Together, we facilitated a platform for shared learning, networking, and support, ultimately striving towards an improved quality of life for individuals, clients/patients, and communities alike.
Sep 2020 - Dec 2020, Project Management Revamp - Invisible Dust, UK
Invisible Dust was undertaking project management revamp. They managed between 3 and 7 projects concurrently at any one time. These ranged from £5k local education projects to £4m capital projects with many moving parts. The team members were highly skilled, and they were running projects somewhat successfully, but the management was done ad-hoc. Some project managers used spreadsheets, some used Trello, and some members used pen and paper. Everything was done in partnership; Invisible Dust worked with universities, local authorities, and governmental bodies; therefore, the projects relied very much on communication; there was no shared system for managing all of these projects.
As part of this revamp process, I was implementing a new management system (using Asana) and training their team members until everyone was confident in using the process and the tool used. A big chunk of my time was donated to them because they are a charity and I loved what they are doing.
Sep 2019 - Mar 2023, Project Manager (Part-time) - Hive Minder, London Area, United Kingdom
Managed AI and data system integrations alongside Azure and M365 migrations, under PRINCE2.
Set the communication framework at initiation and held it through to close - accountability, visibility, one shared view of progress - keeping performance, scalability and data integrity intact through each migration.
Jul 2018 - Dec 2018, COO - Malta Digital Exchange, Malta
Capital raising through security token offerings offers companies the opportunity to digitize their assets and directly connect with potential investors in a manner that is both cost-effective and time-efficient compared to traditional capital markets. MDX stood as a multi-asset digital exchange, specializing in virtual financial assets (VFA) and security tokens. This was the first contract delivered through Andia Capital.
As the project manager, I oversaw a team of technicians, ensuring the timely launch and operation of the digital exchange by the end of 2018. Our tech team was based in Australia, while our other team members were scattered across Europe, the US, and Australia. In addition to project management and operational leadership, I orchestrated roadshows, delivered presentations, and managed our financial affairs. My comprehensive involvement ensured the successful implementation and ongoing functionality of MDX, contributing to its strategic objectives within the digital asset landscape.

In 2014, I transitioned into a new role as a Production Manager, collaborating with esteemed brands such as UK Mail, Admiral Technology, NHS, iFly, Business Gas, Lookers Group, Suzuki, among others. Key responsibilities in this capacity included project management, overseeing casting for presenters and producers, booking and managing resources and subcontractors, as well as nurturing client relationships.
